Politique de confidentialité
Lareo est une application de suivi de l'entretien de la maison, éditée par Grazulex (Jean-Marc Strauven, Belgique). Cette page explique quelles données l'application traite, et où elles vont. En résumé : vos données restent sur votre téléphone.
Données que vous saisissez
Les informations sur votre logement, vos équipements, vos tâches d'entretien, vos interventions, vos notes et les photos que vous ajoutez sont enregistrées uniquement sur votre appareil, dans le stockage privé de l'application. Elles ne sont envoyées ni à Grazulex ni à un tiers. L'application fonctionne sans compte et sans connexion internet.
Photos
Lareo utilise l'appareil photo et la galerie seulement quand vous choisissez d'ajouter une photo (plaque signalétique, attestation, facture, document). La photo est copiée dans le stockage privé de l'application. Elle n'est jamais transmise.
Notifications
Les rappels d'entretien sont des notifications locales, programmées sur votre appareil. Aucun service de notification externe n'est utilisé.
Achats intégrés
L'abonnement Lareo Premium et l'achat « à vie » sont traités par Google Play sur Android et par l'App Store d'Apple sur iPhone. Google ou Apple gère le paiement selon sa propre politique de confidentialité. L'application reçoit seulement de la boutique la confirmation de l'achat ; Grazulex ne reçoit ni vos coordonnées bancaires ni votre identité.
Export PDF
Le dossier d'entretien en PDF est généré sur votre appareil. Vous choisissez vous-même à qui et par quel moyen vous le partagez.
Statistiques et publicité
L'application ne contient pas de publicité et n'utilise aucun outil d'analyse d'audience ni de suivi.
Suppression de vos données
Vous pouvez supprimer chaque élément depuis l'application. Désinstaller l'application supprime toutes ses données de l'appareil. Comme rien n'est stocké ailleurs, il n'y a rien d'autre à effacer.
Enfants
Lareo s'adresse aux adultes responsables d'un logement et n'est pas destinée aux enfants.
Modifications
Cette politique peut évoluer, par exemple si une fonction de sauvegarde en ligne est ajoutée. La date en haut de page indique la dernière version, et l'application vous le signalera si le traitement de vos données change.

Lareo is een app om het onderhoud van je woning op te volgen, uitgegeven door Grazulex (Jean-Marc Strauven, België). Deze pagina legt uit welke gegevens de app verwerkt en waar ze naartoe gaan. Kort gezegd: je gegevens blijven op je telefoon.
Gegevens die je invoert
De informatie over je woning, je toestellen, je onderhoudstaken, je interventies, je notities en de foto's die je toevoegt, worden enkel op je toestel bewaard, in de privéopslag van de app. Ze worden niet naar Grazulex of naar derden gestuurd. De app werkt zonder account en zonder internetverbinding.
Foto's
Lareo gebruikt de camera en de galerij alleen wanneer je zelf een foto toevoegt (typeplaatje, attest, factuur, document). De foto wordt gekopieerd naar de privéopslag van de app en wordt nooit doorgestuurd.
Meldingen
Onderhoudsherinneringen zijn lokale meldingen, ingepland op je toestel. Er wordt geen externe meldingsdienst gebruikt.
In-app-aankopen
Het abonnement Lareo Premium en de aankoop "voor altijd" worden verwerkt door Google Play op Android en door de App Store van Apple op iPhone. Google of Apple regelt de betaling volgens zijn eigen privacybeleid. De app ontvangt van de winkel enkel de bevestiging van de aankoop; Grazulex ontvangt noch je bankgegevens noch je identiteit.
Pdf-export
Het onderhoudsdossier in pdf wordt op je toestel gemaakt. Je kiest zelf met wie en hoe je het deelt.
Statistieken en reclame
De app bevat geen reclame en gebruikt geen analyse- of trackingtools.
Je gegevens verwijderen
Je kunt elk element in de app verwijderen. De app verwijderen wist alle gegevens van het toestel. Omdat er nergens anders iets wordt bewaard, valt er verder niets te wissen.
Kinderen
Lareo is bedoeld voor volwassenen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor een woning en is niet gericht op kinderen.
Wijzigingen
Dit beleid kan veranderen, bijvoorbeeld als er een online back-up wordt toegevoegd. De datum bovenaan geeft de laatste versie aan, en de app zal je verwittigen als de verwerking van je gegevens verandert.

Privacy policy
Lareo is a home maintenance tracking app published by Grazulex (Jean-Marc Strauven, Belgium). This page explains which data the app handles and where it goes. In short: your data stays on your phone.
Data you enter
Information about your home, your equipment, your maintenance tasks, your services, your notes and the photos you add are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. They are not sent to Grazulex or to any third party. The app works without an account and without an internet connection.
Photos
Lareo uses the camera and the gallery only when you choose to add a photo (rating plate, certificate, invoice, document). The photo is copied into the app's private storage and is never transmitted.
Notifications
Maintenance reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No external notification service is used.
In-app purchases
The Lareo Premium subscription and the lifetime purchase are processed by Google Play on Android and by Apple's App Store on iPhone. Google or Apple handles the payment under its own privacy policy. The app only receives the purchase confirmation from the store; Grazulex receives neither your payment details nor your identity.
PDF export
The PDF maintenance record is generated on your device. You decide with whom and how you share it.
Analytics and advertising
The app contains no ads and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
Deleting your data
You can delete any item from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from the device. Since nothing is stored elsewhere, there is nothing else to erase.
Children
Lareo is intended for adults responsible for a home and is not directed at children.
Changes
This policy may change, for example if an online backup feature is added. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the app will tell you if the way your data is handled changes.

Von Ihnen eingegebene Daten
Die Angaben zu Ihrem Zuhause, Ihren Geräten, Ihren Wartungsaufgaben, Ihren Einsätzen, Ihren Notizen und die hinzugefügten Fotos werden ausschließlich auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert, im privaten Speicher der App. Sie werden weder an Grazulex noch an Dritte übermittelt. Die App funktioniert ohne Konto und ohne Internetverbindung.
Fotos
Lareo verwendet Kamera und Galerie nur, wenn Sie selbst ein Foto hinzufügen (Typenschild, Bescheinigung, Rechnung, Dokument). Das Foto wird in den privaten Speicher der App kopiert und niemals übertragen.
Benachrichtigungen
Wartungserinnerungen sind lokale Benachrichtigungen, die auf Ihrem Gerät geplant werden. Es wird kein externer Benachrichtigungsdienst verwendet.
In-App-Käufe
Das Abonnement Lareo Premium und der Lebenszeit-Kauf werden auf Android von Google Play und auf dem iPhone vom App Store von Apple abgewickelt. Google bzw. Apple verarbeitet die Zahlung gemäß seiner eigenen Datenschutzerklärung. Die App erhält vom Store lediglich die Kaufbestätigung; Grazulex erhält weder Ihre Zahlungsdaten noch Ihre Identität.
PDF-Export
Die Wartungsakte als PDF wird auf Ihrem Gerät erstellt. Sie entscheiden selbst, mit wem und wie Sie sie teilen.
Statistiken und Werbung
Die App enthält keine Werbung und verwendet keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Tools.
Löschen Ihrer Daten
Sie können jedes Element in der App löschen. Das Deinstallieren der App entfernt alle ihre Daten vom Gerät. Da nichts anderswo gespeichert wird, gibt es nichts weiter zu löschen.
Kinder
Lareo richtet sich an Erwachsene, die für ein Zuhause verantwortlich sind, und nicht an Kinder.
Änderungen
Diese Erklärung kann sich ändern, etwa wenn eine Online-Sicherung hinzukommt. Das Datum oben zeigt die aktuelle Fassung, und die App weist Sie darauf hin, wenn sich die Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten ändert.

Datos que introduces
La información sobre tu vivienda, tus equipos, tus tareas de mantenimiento, tus intervenciones, tus notas y las fotos que añades se guardan únicamente en tu dispositivo, en el almacenamiento privado de la aplicación. No se envían a Grazulex ni a terceros. La aplicación funciona sin cuenta y sin conexión a internet.
Fotos
Lareo usa la cámara y la galería solo cuando decides añadir una foto (placa de características, certificado, factura, documento). La foto se copia en el almacenamiento privado de la aplicación y nunca se transmite.
Notificaciones
Los recordatorios de mantenimiento son notificaciones locales programadas en tu dispositivo. No se usa ningún servicio de notificaciones externo.
Compras en la aplicación
La suscripción Lareo Premium y la compra de por vida las procesa Google Play en Android y la App Store de Apple en iPhone. Google o Apple gestiona el pago según su propia política de privacidad. La aplicación solo recibe de la tienda la confirmación de la compra; Grazulex no recibe ni tus datos bancarios ni tu identidad.
Exportación en PDF
El expediente de mantenimiento en PDF se genera en tu dispositivo. Tú decides con quién y cómo lo compartes.
Estadísticas y publicidad
La aplicación no contiene publicidad ni usa herramientas de análisis o seguimiento.
Eliminar tus datos
Puedes eliminar cualquier elemento desde la aplicación. Desinstalar la aplicación borra todos sus datos del dispositivo. Como no se guarda nada en otro lugar, no hay nada más que borrar.
Menores
Lareo está pensada para adultos responsables de una vivienda y no se dirige a menores.
Cambios
Esta política puede cambiar, por ejemplo si se añade una copia de seguridad en línea. La fecha de arriba indica la última versión, y la aplicación te avisará si cambia el tratamiento de tus datos.

Google o Apple tratta il pagamento secondo la propria informativa sulla privacy. L'app riceve dallo store solo la conferma dell'acquisto; Grazulex non riceve né i tuoi dati di pagamento né la tua identità.
Esportazione in PDF
Il fascicolo di manutenzione in PDF viene generato sul tuo dispositivo. Decidi tu con chi e come condividerlo.
Statistiche e pubblicità
L'app non contiene pubblicità e non usa strumenti di analisi o tracciamento.
Eliminare i tuoi dati
Puoi eliminare qualsiasi elemento dall'app. Disinstallare l'app rimuove tutti i suoi dati dal dispositivo. Poiché nulla è salvato altrove, non c'è altro da cancellare.
Minori
Lareo è pensata per adulti responsabili di un'abitazione e non si rivolge ai minori.
Modifiche
Questa informativa può cambiare, ad esempio se verrà aggiunto un backup online. La data in alto indica l'ultima versione, e l'app ti avviserà se il trattamento dei tuoi dati cambia.
